• Search engines may discover publicly accessible profile pages unless technical restrictions apply.
• Previously shared information may remain in third-party records or caches.
• Removing a profile does not automatically remove copies saved by other individuals.

We recommend publishing only information you are comfortable sharing.

6. NFC and QR Code Technology

Our NFC cards and QR codes generally direct users to digital profiles or other configured destinations. When someone opens a DigiWCard profile, our systems may process technical information necessary to deliver the page and, where enabled, record engagement statistics.

DigiWCard does not automatically gain access to a visitor's complete phone contact list simply because the visitor scans an NFC card or QR code. Additional access to device information requires the relevant permissions or interactions.

7. CRM and Third-Party Integrations

DigiWCard may offer integrations with services such as:

• Google Contacts
• Microsoft Outlook
• HubSpot
• Salesforce
• Zoho CRM
• Google Wallet
• Other supported business applications

When you authorize an integration, DigiWCard may access and exchange information within the permissions you approve. We use integration data to provide the requested synchronization or functionality. We do not sell information obtained through third-party integrations.

Users may revoke integration permissions through available DigiWCard settings or the relevant third-party provider. Information already synchronized may remain in the destination service and be subject to its privacy policy.

Google API Data

Where DigiWCard uses Google APIs, access to Google user data will be limited to the permissions required for the relevant features. DigiWCard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. Google user data will not be used for unrelated advertising or sold to third parties.

Deleting a DigiWCard account does not automatically delete contact information previously exported, downloaded, or synchronized to third-party platforms.

DigiWCard is primarily intended for professional and business networking. Our Services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without an appropriate lawful basis or required parental or guardian authorization.

If we become aware of personal information collected in violation of applicable children's privacy requirements, we will take appropriate action.
